They all feature one-piece handles that are injection molded to the tang using Grilon, which is hermetically sealed, and fatigue-free. They have non-slip polyamide that will never deteriorate, and are non-porous.
All are knives are resistant to high temperatures, and have blended steel blades for shine, sharpness, and flexibility. The cook's set is corrosion, stain and acid resistance.
